By completing and submitting this form you agree to the following terms & conditions:
To note, the following terms apply:
- performance by the Artist at the Venue on the Date is referred to as “the Performance”
- Booking company is referred to as ‘Client’
- Talent is referred to as ‘Artist’
Payment: 50% of the Fee to be paid within two business days of signing this Agreement and 50% to be paid within five working days of the Performance. All payments to be made to the account notified by the Company to the Client.
Client will also organise the following travel and accommodation as required
• Flights return from Artist home town (business class where applicable – we will advise)
• Transfers to/from airports and venue
• First Class accommodation and room service breakfast allowance
Production and Legal:
Client agrees to ensure that, at the Performance:
• adequate lighting/spotlight on the Artist and no lights on the audience during the Performance.
• a raised stage area and a microphone with a good quality sound system
• script to be provided for MC roles
• an unopened bottled water for the Artist on stage.
• there is no video or audio recording of the Artist undertaken and no internet posting or distribution of any kind in any format of any content of the Performance.
• If the Client cancels within 30 days of the Performance the full fee will be immediately payable to the Artist, and the Artist may retain any part of the Fee already paid.
• The Client has satisfied itself regarding the nature of the Artist’s typical performance and the suitability of that style to the Client’s event. The Artist accepts no legal responsibility regarding the content of the Artist’s performance and will not be liable to the Client, or any attendees at the Performance, for any loss or damage suffered by any of them as a result of the Performance of the Artist.
• If, due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Artist, the Artist cannot undertake the Performance, the sole liability of the Artist will be to return the Fee to the Client, endeavour to find an adequate replacement for the Artist or reschedule the Performance to an alternative, mutually acceptable date.
• All media & marketing materials relating to the Performance require the prior written approval of Bec Sutherland at Jubilee Street Management, on behalf of the Artist.
• The completion and submittal of this form will constitute an agreement between both parties.
